The Food Corporation of Bhutan Limited (FCBL) renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Karma Feeds and M/s Bhutan Alpine Seeds (BAS) on 7th and 8th January 2019 respectively. The approach was with intent to keep the supply of farm inputs specifically feeds and vegetable seeds continual through 173 Farm Shops established across the nation for the farming communities. FCBL in the last calendar year (2018) procured 1364.7 mT of feeds from M/s Karma Feeds worth Nu. 30.3 Million and 5820 packets of vegetable seeds from BAS.

The signing of the MoUs with the RNR input suppliers are basically aimed at establishing a close and sustainable business relationship for distribution of quality RNR inputs at a competitive price.
