To adopt and implement the Performance Based Incentive System (PBIS), the Division Heads from both the Department of Corporate Business as well as Corporate Services signed Annual Performance Agreement (APA) with their respective subordinates on Saturday, 15th February 2020.

This was the 2nd round of APA signing which began in the previous month with the signing between the Chief Executive Officer and the Department Heads followed by Department Heads with the Regional Managers and Division Heads. The event was attended by Chief Executive Officer and Directors.
